Orders & Production
Is every piece made to order?
Yes. Every Farah & Rabia Studio outfit is made to order rather than mass-produced, so each piece is crafted for you after you place your order. This lets us focus on quality, fabric and fit.
How long does production take?
Please allow 3–4 weeks for production from the date your order is confirmed. Once your outfit is ready, it is dispatched and delivery times apply.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Total time is production plus delivery. After the 3–4 week production period, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within Pakistan and 7–14 business days to the United Kingdom and the United States.
How do I pay for my order?
Full payment is required when you place your order. Your order is confirmed and enters production only once full payment has been received.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and entered production. If you need to discuss your order, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver to the UK and USA?
Yes. We deliver Pakistani designer wear across Pakistan, the United Kingdom and the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery within Pakistan is free nationwide. Shipping to the United Kingdom is Rs. 5,000 / £14, and shipping to the United States is Rs. 15,000 / $58. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Customs duties, import taxes and related charges may be applied by the destination country. Please review our Shipping & Delivery policy to see who is responsible for these charges for your location.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information is sent to you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide, which lists shirt and trouser measurements in inches for every size from XS to XL. Please check it carefully before ordering, as each piece is made to your selected size.
What if I am between sizes?
Email hello@farahrabiastudio.com before placing your order and we will help you choose the right size.
Can I exchange my outfit for a different size?
Because every piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size selection.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size selection. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Read our full Return & Refund Policy.
How do I report a faulty or incorrect item?
Email hello@farahrabiastudio.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a clear description of the issue and clear photographs of the fault or incorrect item.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time for funds to appear may depend on your bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Why does the colour look slightly different from the photos?
Minor colour variations can occur due to lighting, photography and screen settings. These variations are not considered a product defect.
