Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with Farah & Rabia Studio, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Prices and Currency

Prices are shown in GBP for customers shopping in the United Kingdom and PKR for customers shopping in Pakistan. The currency displayed depends on the customer’s selected or detected market.

Payment and Order Confirmation

Full payment is required when an order is placed. An order is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

Production

All pieces are made to order. Production takes approximately 3–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by destination, courier operations, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

Farah & Rabia Studio is not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs authorities.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation and entry into production. We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances. If we cancel an order, we will issue a full refund through the original payment method.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan and the United Kingdom, according to the customer’s location and any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
